Inquired on a property and the listing agent Natalie Pando was very rude. Almost seemed like she was intentionally trying to not sell the property. The first thing she asks me is am I pre approved and stated she needed to see it and it’s the law in order to show a house. She then asked me to text her my drivers license which I said I will happily show to her when I see the house. She said I don’t even know your name. If I was selling homes I would think that would be the first thing I asked. Where do they find these people? What are the qualifications to become a realtor? Bar low. Would not recommend. Unprofessional.

I had called and messaged several realtors and Veronica was the first to return my call. She was in constant contact with us making the process so easy. Thank you so much . We will definitely be using Veronica for future endeavors.
