Renting through P&C Properties was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The real estate team was incredibly professional and helped me find a place that actually checked all my boxes. They made the application and leasing process clear and straightforward, which is such a relief in this market. If you’re looking for a rental and want to work with people who are responsive and honest, I highly recommend them!

If you are renting from someone that uses P&C please be aware that the way you process things matters. Upon move in take pictures of everything and mark it as a work order or they WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY at the end. I submitted pictures before but because a work order wasn’t submitted, they took money from my deposit for damages that were there before move in. It doesn’t matter how small the damage is PUT IN A WORK ORDER. They are dismissive and just want your money. This economy is crazy and every dollar counts. They will take what they can if you do not process things how they want you to. Even if you send pictures and document your things upon move in, submit those work orders or they will steal your money. Your emails and proof beforehand will not matter.
