Paytas Homes @ Portofino Reserve

In my opinion and experience with Paytas Homes in Palm Coast at Coastal Gardens, they can only provide an average home at a higher market premium to buyers. Sub par vendors and lack of problem solving skills leaves homeowners with a quandary of issues and additional costs. Based on my experience as a Paytas home owner, The company is understaffed and over extended and on site supervision of the build is lax and sparse. Their only redeeming quality is that the construction is concrete block. Communication and professionalism are sorely lacking. Additionally, they have opted not to build phase 2 of the project which has been sold to another developer (this is not the first time they have done this I have learned all too late).
