Pavilions On Central Apartments

I relocated from Colorado about 18 months ago, and this complex has definitely had its ups and downs in such a short time. That being said, I feel very safe with a secure perimeter, comfortable surroundings, and nice amenities. The only reason that I did not give five stars for this property, is because we’ve lost two managers in the last year and a half, but FINALLY have a staff in here that is actually kicking butt in order to resolve some ongoing issues. Our new property manager Crystal absolutely takes care of business, and also takes time out of her day to get up and socialize even if she’s in the middle of something important. To preface this review, the maintenance staff are incredible, down to earth people and they do a really good job anytime something needs repairs in unit. They get 5 stars. The management get 0 stars. When I moved in 3 years ago, this property was extremely well run and the communication and amenities were great. Over the course of these 3 years, management has changed constantly and what we have currently is another sad creation of private equity. We haven't had a working mailbox in 8 months and there is no timeline on getting it fixed. The working solution is no solution. It is actually embarrassing walking into the front office and seeing 100+ packages piled up in a chaotic mess. STAY AWAY. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unit above me was rented to new tenants who smoke pot on the balcony with their drug remnants falling onto my patio, and they stomp around constantly all evening into the early morning hours. You will have ZERO quality of life and NO QUIET ENJOYMENT OF THE PROPERTY. Office staff does not respond or provide follow up outside of one phone call. There has been a replacement of the main office staff 3-4x since I have been here in the past 2 years. Do yourself a favor and move into one of the hundreds of other communities that are cheaper. Plus they are about to start a 10 year construction on the empty lot bringing in 1,500 more units and a 22 story building right near the apartments.

I love love love "The Pavilions" not only are they really nice inside,washer and dryer included, there is also a gym, package concierge it's a really cool community, the residents here are so respectful and kind, it's quite and peaceful, very well kept, I feel safe, the maintenance workers are top tier so helpful and happy to help you with anything you need fixed, the front office receptionist and manager are the best, I'm so very happy I chose to move here I couldn't be happier with this whole experience!

This place is a joke and has bugs! Avoid this place at all cost! The people in the office are terrible to deal with and the community is disgusting to live at. The pool never gets cleaned and the hot tub looks filthy, you would think with how much money they receive they would redo the tile, the gym is always out of sanitation wipes for the machines. I don’t know how many times I had to call to get wipes in just for them to tell me they are waiting on their order (took a week btw because they don’t think to have a stock on hand). The lazy office people couldn’t run down the street to Walgreens to buy temporary wipes until their order came in. The place has bugs (pest control would come but the bugs never stopped) there is also a mold issue and there’s always homeless people passed out arou
