The quality and service I received during this recent maintenance request has absolutely had a positive impact on my likelihood to renew my lease. Anthony and Marvin did an excellent job—they were professional, efficient, and very respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to address the issue properly, made sure everything was working as it should, and left the area clean afterward. Their positive attitude and strong work ethic really stood out and made me feel valued as a resident. Experiences like this make a big difference and reinforce my confidence in continuing to live in this community.

We toured Pavilions at Arrowhead today and had a great experience. Olivia gave us the tour and she was wonderful! Very kind, professional, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The community felt very peaceful and well maintained, which we really liked. We plan to stay in touch and are hoping to move into these apartments in the future.

The complex is safe, amenities are good, people are nice. There aren’t concerns with safety or well being however for your lifestyle it is important to note you will not be receiving any mail from the post office at this location. You have to set up a separate PO Box with the post office that is an extra 40 dollars. Which if you think is a stretch like me can be something you’d like to know before signing the lease. Parking is also not included in your rent not even one space, covered spaces are expensive and the uncovered spots are hard to find, especially after 4:00. I’m terrified for the day there’s no spaces for me to park in. Overall average complex so far!

I had a very pleasant experience when I went for a tour. The staff was actually having a gathering for the residence which tells me they do care for the people who live there. I met Olivia who was so polite and answered all my questions thoroughly. It was a very clean and definitely will recommend this place to my relative who is looking for somewhere to live.
