Pavilion At Lake Eve Apartments

Location is great but apartments are a little old and there’s some months that warms are every where in the amenities areas or pool area

This community is amazing! I came to visit my mom and everything is clean and organized. The leasing agents are extremely nice and they even had a fun summer program where they did different activities on different days with games, food, and giveaways!

Don't even think about renting. This place is deteriorating every day. I've been without air conditioning for 20 days, and it's summer! Can you imagine? and they always have different excuses, they also told me that I have to pay all the rent, and they put a small portable air conditioner when my apartment has 3 rooms and it couldn't cool anything and it always turns off, the areas are deteriorating more and more every day, the elevators are always breaking down, I have been living in that place for 4 years and I have not left before because it is close to my work but I can't take it anymore, it is always something new and they never help you, they are always excuses, the other time in my apartment water was leaking from the ceiling above and every day I had to clean, they fixed the roof

I lived here for about 2 years. There were some pros and cons. The office staff was always very friendly and helpful. Our move in was pretty smooth. The apartment itself had some problems. There was paint all over the floor when we first moved in which I had to by hand scrape off I guess they quickly did a retouch. By far the worst problem was parking. One time I drove around for an hour waiting for a spot to eventually open because it was ALL full. The upkeep of the building was pretty bad. The floors were all dirty, the elevator as well. The worst was the dog park. My pups loved it but nobody ever cleaned after themselves. There was always poop, food, gum, etc. one time someone was eating sunflower seeds and spit them out everywhere.
