Paula Forbes are awesome, she help me getting the house that I want. Since this is my first time buying a house I am very picky about everything and whenever I see the new house listing that I want to see she able to get me private showing the next day. Paula was the listing agent on a house we were looking at and under contract with. Not only was she rude and unprofessional but she has no integrity. She referred to my husband and I as "kids" in an email to our realtor; saying if your "kids" lower the price of their home by 20k then my sellers will do the same and resign an extension to our contract (as we had a home sale contingency). We lowered our price on our home promptly to allow the extension in the contract and the sellers never lowered their price. In return our home was now on the market for cheaper then we wanted it to be and the sellers ended our contract after we spent $$$ on a home inspection and choose another buyer. It is a good thing we were ONLY on the market for that particular house or we would have lowered our price f
