Paul Laurence Dunbar Apartments

I equested a maintenance problem regarding a closet dor. It was fixed efficiently. Mekbeb was a one who brought in all the necessary equipment and parts and fixed it to my satisfaction. Mekbeb was very professional and dependable. He will be a good asset for PLDA now and for the future.

I hate to leave a review, but my complaints were not addressed when I messaged the building. There is a resident on the 5th or 6th floor facing North that has been putting out scraps for pigeons and leaving an overall unsanitary environment on their balcony. (See attached). At this point, it is likely a health concern as I can also see bird droppings on the lower railings from this apartment.

The staff is professional. The staff has been very accommodating and responsive to tenant concerns. They work well with me and the tenants. I'm having a small problem with security in my apartment but I am working with the staff to resolve that.

We get a good management how they give us attention and answer our questions quickly. We get a good maintenance when we ask and report the problem about utilities and everything
