Summary: Being a long distance seller (home in AZ, I live in FL) I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, Paul is the realtor you want! I have purchased 2 homes and I just recently sold one.. I should say Paul sold my house, because it took very little effort on our side to do so. I left pretty much everything up to Paul, from how much to sell it for, to finding companies to do the house repairs, talking to the buyers, etc. I respected his expertise and trusted him to take care of all our needs. I am extremely impressed by his patience and his communication through out the process.
