They backed out of a house sale 3 days before closing supposedly because the VA assessment did not come back in time! Then they held up my deposit check and made me drive down to their office and pick it up instead of putting it in the mail as a courtesy Extremely unprofessional in my opinion I'll never do business with this agency again
