Tom Patten and his staff are the best! He is an expert in his field and very reasonable in his pricing for inspections. He sends the results to you and your insurance agent. They are professional and easy to deal with as well as being prompt.

Worst customer service ever. And I was a return customer. I waited two weeks for my inspection report and then called to see where it was. The woman who always answers the phone was, as always, short with me and quickly said she'd re-email it to me. I waited a few more weeks, called back and said I didn't get it. She seemed irritated that she would have to send it again. Yet she never tried to confirm my email address and again rushed me off the phone. I called again a few weeks later and left a message. They did not return my call. I tried emailing them. No response. I called again a week later and got the same nasty woman. I asked her to please send and she said she had "sent it 100 times". I told her maybe I should give her a couple other email addresses because it was not coming throug

Terrible inspector. He missed the fact that the home had aluminum wiring, had to come back and then update his report. Also missed the fact that half of the insulation in the attic is missing, he never went in the attic. Hurricane shutters were missing, just an empty frame was there. The exhaust fans in the bathroom vent directly to the attic with no hose connected. Several outlets do not work, when I plugged a vacuum into one the vacuum made a buzzing sound and the lights dimmed. The listing stated the air conditioning is newer, in fact it is at the end of its life expectancy and they did not note this. There was a stain on the floor from a water leak, turns out the drain in the bathroom had been leaking for some time. A plumber came out, and found black mold everywhere under the
