A great year to rent from patriot properties these people are a joke. Not to mention the rent saying I was late and was not have the money orders to prove the rent was paid to date. Had to call them to clarify etc this is the first last 3 months saying was late. On the paper they was going to pay there insurance and already have renters insurance. Called for a paper copy of the lease more than a month ago and still no copy. And when plowing here it’s a skating ring. I’m not the first person to fall in this building complex. They have 2 other people that also fell. Not to mention they didn’t even salt it . Be careful renting from them. A good slip hazard for older people. This is in new Lisbon

DO NOT TRUST 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY GIVE INCENTIVES TO PEOPLE WHO POST THEM. For context: I lived in a property managed by Patriot on the east side of Madison, they took over after my original leasing company sold it to them. Ever since the sale, every single thing about the property went downhill. And rent was raised too! Maintenance was a joke to try to wrangle/approve, the buildings are filthy and full of bugs, mold and mildew, there's always tons of garbage everywhere around the buildings, everything for public use is always broken and it's become increasingly obvious that they don't care about their tenants at all. The only communications I ever got from them were when they wanted me to vote for them in the Best of Madison poll. They care deeply about their image and not much else.

I enjoyed my stay at Patriot properties in Oregon wisconsin. The building was well constructed and one of the quietest appearance I've ever lived in. The building and grounds were well maintained and management promptly responded to any concerns I had. I recently had to retire to disability in my income went down while my expenses went up due to now being responsible for the total cost of my healthcare insurance. I would have preferred to stay as the underground parking, in unit laundry and overall good experience was hard to leave. I moved to an area with lower housing costs but also lost some of the amenities I had. I worked in building and grounds maintenance for many years and was also a part-time property manager for two different apartment complexes and my ex-wife was property manage

If I could leave a lower rating, I would. Patriot Properties is the worst landlord/property management company I have ever rented from. My partner and I rented from them for a year, and it was a terrible experience. They don’t respond to emails with concerns in a timely matter- we were lucky if we got an email back at all. Good luck! They don’t fix work orders in a timely manner. -When we moved in we had a 20+ year old fridge that left sitting water in our fridge and it would ruin our groceries. -When a work order was put in, all they did was come and turn the temperature knob down. The problem persisted and they came out again to do the EXACT same thing and it still persisted. -It took them 2-3 months to finally replace the fridge. -Our unit had an electronic key pad to get into the un

We do not rent from this management company, and I am glad we don't. 2 different times we have set up showings for an apartment in New Lisbon, and both times no one showed up. The first time after we called the office we were told the person who was to show the apartment was sick. The second time we got nothing. I left a voicemail with no response. I am glad they didn't show up, because I would not want to deal with this group frequently. I can't imagine how hard it is to get something fixed or looked at. We saw the signs.
