Heritage Hills Apartments

I have had a great experience living at Heritage Hills Apartments in Waunakee. The community is quiet, well-kept, and in a really convenient location. The landscaping is honestly one of my favorite parts — the grounds are beautifully maintained and make the property feel welcoming year-round. Management has been very professional and responsive. Whenever I have submitted a request or had a question, they have handled it promptly, which I really appreciate. Maintenance is also top-notch — Austin, in particular, has been fantastic. He’s friendly, efficient, and always makes sure issues are taken care of quickly and correctly. Very disappointing experience with the property manager at Heritage Hills in Waunakee, WI. The manager was rude and dismissive and refused to step out of the office to assist prospective residents. Basic questions were met with an unhelpful attitude, and there was no effort made to provide a tour or explain options in person. For a property that’s supposed to welcome future tenants, the lack of professionalism and customer service was surprising and discouraging. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one left a very negative impression. I would not recommend based on this experience alone.

So absolutely impressed, by the entire move in progress..and so many other things that they have helped me with. I am in my 70's.. and certainly out of my league, when it comes to moving to a different place..from several houses ..large houses. I seriously can't imagine this transition being so pain-free. Davis Simon has been so wonderful, kind, and going the extra mile for someone, who has no idea..of which way to turn. Every single issue that has come to..Davis Simon was there to guide me . Very nice new buildings with awesome open floorplan which worked perfectly for our needs. Underground heated garage with storage units available. Tag for your car which opens the garage door automatically so you don't have to have (lose) an opener. If you have an electric car, they have level 2 charging in multiple spots. The usage fee is modest and a good value compared to public charging. It has a nice pool, amazing club house for get togethers, an exercise room, and a pickle ball court. It also has a very nice dog spa that is much better than trying to wash your dog(s) in the tub. It also doesn't clog your tub drain. I can't really think of any downside while I was there, I would definitely have renewed. I lived here for a year and I'm only leaving for relocation reasons. Otherwise
