Picture this: New tenants, new to RI, and the basement of their rental starts flooding with dirty water; and the small house fills with the smell of sewage. They call the property managers and after repeated attempts they finally reach the after hours answering service. The answering service says they don’t have a way to contact the property company and the message will not be relayed until Monday. This is Saturday. They call and text the property manager on the “personal” cell provided when they moved in. No response. They call emergency plumbers and were added to a list. All this while they continue to try to catch dirty water in a bucket and move their belongings out of the way. Ultimately they get assistance by calling the fire department’s non emergency number. We terminated our relationship with Patrick’s after what was a three year rollercoaster ride. Happy to go into detail with anyone wanting further information but the summary is that communication was intermittent while sometimes not occurring at all, and this led to missed opportunities to provide what was best for all parties - especially tenants. Requirements went unacknowledged and basic management was a reach.

tightly strung. Don't catch him in a bad or try to speak reasonbly. He's actually gathered all his paperwork in an inportant meeting and it took of us to tslk him off the ledge
