East Bay Village

We lived at East Bay Village for 2 and a half years and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The apartments are spacious (1 and 2 bedrooms available), the community is clean, and the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) are all excellent. I will say, a few updates to the units are needed, but that comes over time as units switch hands. The management team and maintenance were always very friendly and professional. Many of them are members of the community too and it is apparent they want the best for their neighbors. The complex is located in the heart of Middletown, close to lots of shops, restaurants and beaches - you can't beat that! With regards to rent price, yes, it has increased over the years, but that is a result of the current economy - they are in line with the cost of liv

I moved in in December and did have to get a few things fixed and replaced in my apartment which the office staff and the maintenance staff were excellent about taking care of. They're honestly so kind in this office here in Middletown. I also love the maintenance staff I don't know everybody's name, but the few I've spoke to are just so friendly and so knowledgeable. Even the young man that they recently hired Kai came to fix my toilet and he did such a good job. I'm starting to really feel very at home here. This is a place you can live your life not be bothered. It's very peaceful here. It's a beautiful property to walk. It's private and they are dog friendly.

Not a bad place, few shady characters, and I would definitely lock my doors , but decently maintained

I moved here 2 years ago. As soon as I moved in I knew I was doomed. As we all know, it’s really hard to find an apartment on the island and this place takes full advantage of that. This is what the drain in my tub looked like. When I asked for it to be replaced as my two young children have the bathe in it, they refused until I wrote a Google review. You can always smell the cigarette smoke from whoever smokes in/around the building. The buildings itself are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. When it becomes hot, you can see ear wig bugs all around the apartments eating away at the wood. They let the dogs that live there poop all over the lawn. My children and I have stepped in feces multiple times. When brought up to staff, they say they’re going to do something but the same H
