Patio Apartments

The manager Carol is top notch weird. Told me to forge my daughter’s signature on an application because her earnings are not easily verified. I tell her I’m not comfortable doing that and I will just rent the apartment with her. And then she walks through the tour acting so confused as to why we were doing things that way. And then told me that she didn’t wanna do it that way. Like she has dementia or something. I would love to speak to the owners about this place. I have now tried to put my children there as renters twice and she was completely cuckoo and made it impossible. If you have an empty apartment there, it’s 100% because of this Weirdo.

I moved in this past May and I love it here. Darla was very accommodating and assisted me in working through the necessary paper work. The area is quiet as well as the apartment. My apartment was very clean and had everything that I need to live while working in OKC during the work week. A/C is outstanding and my electric bill is not high at all. There are lots of sports bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping all around the area. I could not have picked a better place. I have had no issues with maintenance or security.

Thoroughly enjoy the peace and serenity here. Love my front patio. Have met the most incredible people here that will be friends forever. The management is professional and friendly. Feels like a home.

Hasn't been a good experience, definitely not a quiet place to live. If you live on the lower floor you will hear people stomp up and down the stairs. Also the walls are paper thin, you can hear a lot.

This apartment has the worst maintenance problem. Lots of problems with people breaking into cars. The manager Darla is a total debbie downer. Anytime I tried to talk to her she always went back to her many physical ailments and her personal problems
