Patina Flats at the Foundry Apartments

I lived here three years and have had almost entirely positive experiences. The staff is excellent. The community is friendly and thoughtful. The apartments are quality. They don't make up issues to charge you for. I enjoyed living so close to restaurants and breweries too. I want to single out Randy for his expedience and skill in addressing maintenance issues as well as being a friendly face and taking time to listen. He also saved some personal property my son had lost. Totally above and beyond the call.

I actually love living here. Cale in the office is awesome, he is always super helpful whenever I have needed anything. The guys that do the maintenance here are all really nice as well, I locked myself out and one of them came over right away to let me in. It isn't a cheap place to live but it's nice, and I like that you have to have a fob to access the building. Over the summer months there are events here but it's never been a problem for me..I checked the reviews before moving in and the only negatives I saw were people complaining about parking. Pay for a spot in the garage. Problem solved. And to those that complain about paying for parking ..I guess they have never lived in a downtown location before. We have only been living here for a month and the experience we have had with this apartment complex is nothing but great! We had a rough time with the applying process (our fault not theirs ) and they actually helped us through the process for getting approved! Cale and Sophia are the ones who run the leasing office and they are nothing but fantastic people to be around. Cale will always go out of his way to chat with us just about random things and I swear he knows everyone’s name here. Sophia and Cale helped us with some charges that weren’t right and we were always in the loop about what’s going on. The staff are fantastic but the apartment itself is stunning. The people who work here are great. They are very nice and maintenance requests are dealt with within 1 day. The building is actually extremely quiet (train and sirens are the only thing that can be noisey...no real neighbor noise to speak of). The apartment itself is great too and it is very pet friendly. Fun stuff going on all the time in the summer in downtown. Sky lounge us great! Downsides: To get to the dog park, you have to walk through a homeless community and it's a little scary and more than 0.5 miles away Once my lease was up they raised my rent $150. They didn't go over alternatives and actually represented that my rent was going up $340 (that was a mistake but it still caused more of a problem than anything having wrong information )

Cale is an absolute lifesaver! I can’t thank him enough for helping me lock down my apartment. From start to finish, he went above and beyond—he was patient, professional, and always one step ahead. What could have been a stressful process turned out to be smooth and surprisingly enjoyable because of him. He truly cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed, and he didn’t stop until everything was perfect. Honestly, I don’t think I could’ve done it without him. If you want someone who is dedicated, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile (and then some), Cale is your guy. He turned what I thought would be a headache into one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Five stars isn’t enough—he deserves ten!
