I give this place ZERO stars. Negative 5 stars! I moved in in 2006, when it had just been built. The 1st managers were fantastic & made it a safe pleasant place to live. Recently I was told I needed to move out by Halloween 2024, for no reason (after all these years it was an at-will lease, but I was never given a reason I had to leave a place where I was a great tenant for almost 20 yrs.) Upgrades had been made as each apartment was vacated, and I believe that since I had been there so long & they couldn't fancy up my apt, they forced the issue so they could upgrade it & charge me more rent. (Not that they couldn't have done that for mine without making me leave permanently, unexpectedly. ) rent was pretty fair over the years even though the property changed hands many times. The current
