Regency Heights Hastings

I have lived here for several years & am very pleased with the living environment & the building community. The building is quiet & the interior & exterior common areas are always well maintained. The Manager & Maintenance are excellent! They want to know if the apartment has any issues, & these are usually addressed within 24 hrs. I have lived in several apartment communities within & out of state, & I would rate Regency Heights as one of the Best!

Currently live here. It is very well maintained, quiet and nice for an affordable price. Maintenance request get taken very quickly and it is a secure building.

It’s clean and quiet. Really good apartments. Management is always available to solve any issue. Would recommend this apartment complex !

My microwave wasn’t working, so I made a maintenance request to have it fixed or replaced. Within a few hours they had a new one installed.

The manager of the property is the most amazing person. She really cares about her tenants and goes out of her way to make sure you know that. These are clean and kept up to date. Best place to live in Hastings hands down.
