I Qualified for a 400k home with pathway yet the rejected every home I submitted under the 400k mark to the point my realtor was frustrated since we were following pathway guidelines. The homes the did accept the offered 30k to 60k below asking price even though I was way below the 400k , forcing me to take one of their stock homes. The home was great but that’s when the nightmare began with their property management company INVITATION HOMES (currently have a major lawsuit by tenants) , who I had no idea was involved or I would have WENT WITH DIVVY HOMES FOR MY RTO OPTION. This is so not worth it. I know a few folks who are with DIVVY HOMES AND ARE HAPPY.

I have bought and sold my home (and investment property) in Buckhead through Daniel Otoole. 2 years later I was able to turn around and immediately sell it for $60k+ above purchase price. He is heavily involved with the real estate trends in the Atlanta market and Metro areas to pinpoint where I can buy next for the best value and growth in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
