I was referred to Pater Realty Management Company in Londonderry, NH by a dear friend and neighbor. My neighbor had hired them several times to list his rental properties - each time he got expert, professional service and outstanding results. I must say I had the same professional excellent service. I worked with Tina and Katie who are very experienced, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Every meeting, correspondence, photoshoot, listing creation and write up, bookings, showings, background checks and final signing. Everything was top notch and I am going to hire them continuously now when needed. My highest recommendation if you are looking to post a rental and need assistance of any kind or looking for quality rentals too. A huge thank you to Tina and Katie!

The worst real estate company you can work with, completely unprofessional. After my family applied for a rental property they waited for 14 days to get a response when they initially told us 5-7 days. The worst part is that they never answered calls or emails and while later we managed to get a hold of someone to give us the update that we were not selected and for no reason. They had us pay 60$ a person to apply and kept the unit on the market to collect as much application fees as possible and eventually deny them for no reason. IF YOU ARE READING THIS MY ADVICE IS TO NOT WORK WITH THIS OFFICE.

The pictures are the damages that, according to Mandy from Pater, amount to $4,286.71 in repairs, because she ultimately failed to differentiate between turnover costs and the cost of repairs to damages that went beyond normal use (damages we were compliant with and took responsibility for). Mandy alleged that, should there have not been damage done to the walls, repainting would not have been needed. Her statement is plain mistaken; repairing the scuffs and painting over them is a repair to the damage, but after the daily usage of a family of 5 over the course of 2 years, deterioration to the paint is assumed, and repainting, not only for hygienic purposes, but for the unit to appeal to prospect tenants, is necessary; however, Mandy took advantage of the gray-area of this matter to make a
