My wife and I recently used 603 Birch Realty on the selling and purchasing side. We were fortunate enough to work with both Trevor and Amy through the process, both of whom were communicative and true professionals. Within a month, we sold our property for asking and moved into the new property. Trevor hosted several open houses and Amy was a constant communicator, even going above and beyond to work on a purchase and sale agreement until 11pm! Thank you 603!

If I could post no stars I would. This review was a long time coming and a long time in the making. During our initial visit to the model property, we met Trevor and the owner of 603 Birch Realty, Adam Gaudet. Although we were fond of the property, we were not particularly impressed by them. We asked numerous questions about the unit, the community, and other related topics. Regrettably, the responses we received were often "I don’t know," "I will get back to you," or "I am sure they can do that." They took detailed notes and documented everything. Our agent also recorded the same notes, as did we. My husband and I worked primarily with Max and Trevor and they were both attentive, responsive, extremely personable, and genuine. They want you get the best deal for your home, and they want you to to find a home that you love. They also truly make the effort to understand just what you're looking for. Adam went above and beyond with the sale of our house. We made it tricky leaving state right after we listed it. He had to run 2 back to back open houses in an empty home and it sold immediately.
