Honestly a truly great experience. I first went with Norway Savings bank for a construction loan, but the whole process seemed outdated and a bit of a pain. I ended up needing way more money upfront at closing which was not how I had planned it. Because of this I had to put a hold on my plans to build a home for about a year.
