Paseo Del Sol Apartmemts

I have lived at these apartments for 6 months now and can review them now. This was my very 1st apartment on my own. Having Flex was a great option for splitting rent into 2 half payments. This complex had ownership change in August I believe. Flex was not set fast enough so that sucked, but its all set back up now 3 months later. The pool was not opened because they dont have any maintenance who are certified for pool. It has went through phases of filth and being clean and we'd all hope it was set to open..So that sucked too. That was a huge reason along with the low rent and in unit washer/dryer I sought to live here. I had a few issues with things breaking. My tub faucet always leaked, had gnats (normal apparently) My washer had broke during a fill cycle and got so nasty and smelled I

This place is a joke! It’s so bad with things always braking and Ro being a new manager doesn’t want to acknowledge the things that are broken and never get them fixed!!! The fire alarms going off some 12 until 1:35am The number for emergencies Ro manager gives is never good and when I called manager he answered and while I’m explaining what the issue with the alarms hangs up and blocks me I try calling back multiple times but straight to voicemail. Has to call 911 until the finally came with the fire department to fix the issue. Sad to say management sucks here as they keep changing through people like no one’s business. With things constantly breaking from the front gate to things inside the apartment. Not to mention the multiple times they have sold these apartments to different compani

My Property Manager, Rohit is the best. he works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. He did his best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Rohit is impressive and the best PM I've ever dealt with!!!!

Hey there paseo del sol apartment I have some neighbors that's just moved in under me and they are making so much noise after 10 pm and I hear door's slamming and I hear them talking very loudly and stomping around too. I just just wondering if you can maybe send out a letter out because every since they moved in they have been nothing but loud. And I hate to say this but you have have some thin walls here.

Love the apartments because of quietness. When I submit maintenance requests they are done right away. I have been here for 10 years and love the office staff
