Pasco Woods Apartments

I've had a wonderful experience living at Pasco Woods Apartments. From the very beginning the office staff made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Angela and Cindy are absolutely amazing- both are friendly, professional and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to help residents and truly make you feel at home. The maintenance team is just as impressive. Warren is extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Any issues are handled quickly and with care. Overall this is a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend Pasco Woods for a friendly well - managed apartment community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the team at Pasco Woods. Cynthia Horn, Angela, and Warren demonstrated exceptional skill in scheduling and coordinating the removal of the carpet flooring and the subsequent installation of the vinyl flooring. The vinyl flooring was installed efficiently within two days and they look great. While we managed the furniture relocation independently, the process was seamless, largely due to Angela's clear communication regarding the second phase of the project. Warren also provided valuable assistance with minor plumbing repairs. The contractors performed their installation and cleanup commendably. Cindy and Angela at the office are amazing. I love the events, the pool and how maintenance is all over the place keeping the neighborhood clean. I've met some great tenants as well. I've been here for several years and I look forward to many more.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. While the apartment itself was decent, living there became increasingly stressful for me and my children. Shortly after moving in, I reported multiple maintenance issues, including leaks in the bathroom ceiling and in the kitchen floor. Although maintenance eventually addressed them, I spent nearly three weeks with an open ceiling directly above my toilet. It was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and difficult to manage while caring for my two children. What was most heartbreaking, however, was the way I was treated by management. As a single working mother of two children with disabilities, I occasionally need support from family or friends. Unfortunately, the property manager made me feel judged and unwelcome fo

Moving into Pasco Woods has been great! The staff are all very kind and genuinely want to help with needs. I love my apartment. It’s absolutely cute and I have an amazing view. My child also likes it here and we’ve had great experiences. There’s a wonderful dog park. Nice pool and the maintenance does their job here and that’s wonderful thanks guys.
