Pascarella Development & Management

My experience living here has been really negative. The apartments are old and depleted, and there always seems to be garbage around the property. Plus, there’s only one laundry room per apartment complex, so you literally have to leave your building — which doesn’t even have a connected walkway — and walk through mud and snow to get to the adjacent building to use the washer and dryer with 18 other households. And even then, the machines barely operate. Management tries to present themselves as sophisticated, but their behavior says otherwise. I’ve witnessed situations where tenants were belittled and screamed at. I wouldn’t recommend moving here unless you truly have no other options.

Very nice and professional staff here. Everyone was so helpful. Especially Bri, the property manager who went above and beyond to help my friends to move into their apartment. Thank you for all the help!
