Partridge Hollow Apartments

Have called and left probably 10 voicemails in the year that I have been living here and ironically not one single call has been returned. Update: I moved out in the end of July, they have actively been painting over and covering black mold in our unit and I heard from multiple different neighbors that there was mold in multiple other buildings and they were doing the same thing to them instead of simply fixing it permanently.

We lived in this complex for 3 years. The managers of this complex are attentive to needs, nice, and accommodating. Other tenants' kids would play outside unsupervised which wasn't always nice. Overall would recommend living here. Very convenient location also.

So, I never actually had the opportunity to live in this community. But visiting and trying to get in touch with management said more than enough for me. It took WEEKS to get in touch with someone in management, I called and emailed at least a dozen times. I ended up getting in contact with them by going on facebook.. and the person in charge of the facebook page had to reach out and TELL them to actually get in contact with me (mind you, it took less than 10 minutes for them to respond on facebook, but I could not get in touch with their 'main' form of communication). The unit is definitely spacious and the kitchen is a really good size. BUT, when we looked at the apartment, it had a very strange odor, the paint was chipping off everywhere, and it was dirty all over (dirt lying around eve

Very nice place to live. Rent prices are very high. For the price you pay for rent, there should be a wash and dryer in your apartment. Room size is big Staff is

Garbage! Walls and the squeaky floors are so thin you would think your neighbors are living with you! The rent increases 100 dollars every year! Been here for 15 years no update on my apartment. Don’t even think about it, just saying!
