I am giving Patt Gajda 4.75 stars, nothing is completely perfect but this was a wonderful experience. I sent out 4 messages regarding selling my home. Patt Gajda was one of two to respond. The first, a gentlemen, definitely white collar wanted nothing to do with my listing, preferred modern contemporary townhouses & condos to my 100 year old house, simply made an appearance & left a business card. Patt arrived w/ the original pictures of the house & immediately noticed multiple changes. We walked the property, she took notes, investigated upgrades & provided opinions & selling points. She asked questions, Listened, provided feedback, a summary, offered a direction to sell & asked my opinion. Patt is an amazing realtor. I'm so happy we found her! We were selling a house and buying another and found Patt randomly online. I will absolutely be looking for her for our next sale/purchase and recommending her to friends. We recently bought our first home through Skye Mountain. (The first realtor we met was representing a seller and was noticeably uninterested after we did a walk through and then gave an offer on a condo. They never returned our calls or email.) I was very happy with my experience with Skye Mountain. Patt (my agent) gave me very good support. I was picky about the house I wanted and we looked at a good number of them. My experience with Skye Mountain realty was terrible. I found the realtor recommended to me to be extremely pushy and she disregarded everything that was in my best interest. I was the one who paid her commission, yet she seemed far more interested in the wants of the buyer, costing me a great deal of money, aside from the emotional strain I still experience today. It was a big mistake to continue with them. How much I often wish I simply fired that lady.
