Partners Management

Partners Management has always been very quick to respond to any issues that have been reported. Keefe and his staff are always fantastic to work with and will always do everything they can do to help with any issues. They are a management company and do not actually own the properties. That being said, they can only do what is approved by the owners. It’s not the management companies responsibility to police the property for trash. You should take pride in your community and keep it clean. I would highly recommend Partners Management for any community as they do an awesome job. A++++++

Partners has been a great property manager for my condo community for over 10 years. Keeffe McSweeney, Partners President, always makes himself available and is quick to respond to any questions. He truly has more patients than most and is extremely knowledgeable. Keeffe and the team at Partners go above and beyond to help us in a lot of other ways from finding licensed and insured contractors, issuing payments to contractors, vetting insurance and general advice on dealing with a building built in 1922. I believe we will continue working with Partners for another 10 years, if not longer.

Our condominium association has been managed by Partners Management for well over 20 years, and the quality of service they have provided has been exceptional. Keeffe, Terrye, Kim and Rita are a pleasure to work with, and their knowledge and experience have been an invaluable resource for us. They are an honest and trustworthy company, and the monthly financial statements made available for our Board to review demonstrate their commitment to transparency. We look forward to our continued relationship with Partners Management, and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for an exceptional property management team.

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people should be SHUT DOWN. This is the 4 year IN A ROW that they have increased our HOA fees, from the original $185. It is now $310. Mind you, this is a low-income family community, with the condominium dating back to the early 1960s. Since I moved in a few years ago, they have made promises of roof repair, plumbing repair, parking lot repair, and gutter cleaning. None of these things have happened; our condominium community looks and operates the exact same as it did when I moved in. During annual meetings, they stress that these changes are absolutely necessary but won't show any numbers or give details on how promised repairs are actually going to be carried out. When you think of Section 8 or a trap house you should start thing of Partners Management from the housing to the people in the office . The buildings are infested with water bugs/roaches . There is black mold forming underneath sinks . The tiles on the floors are coming up . If you are facing eviction you will be in good luck . They will let you keep your apartment until your lease ends . While your eviction process is happening they will unfortunately keep charging you monthly rent even though it’s illegal . If you have any type of damage you are out of luck they will fix everything on there time . Your power will go out consistently because then area is prone to trees falling on power lines especially when it rains . The only reason why you should even look up this rental office is to r
