Partners Community Management

My association has switched to Partners for their Financial Plus Service after being poorly managed by our previous management company for 29 years. From my initial contact and consultation with Candice to their accounting department Karol to our first ever board training with their CEO David, my experience with Partners has been beyond amazing. My community is especially grateful for how responsive David is in terms of reaching back whenever there is an issue and all the valuable and resolution-based feedback and resources he has provided to us. Freda Leung has been, by far, the most unprofessional individual we have ever dealt with. As a “property manager,” she is consistently dishonest, unresponsive, careless with her duties, and openly disrespectful when communicating with homeowners. Her behavior reflects a clear misuse of authority and a complete lack of accountability. It is difficult to understand how someone with such poor professionalism and competence remains in this role. She has become so accustomed to constant complaints from homeowners that even the most basic expectations of respect, responsibility, or self-awareness are absent. For years, critical maintenance requests have been delayed or improperly dismissed, and we have repeatedly found charges or deductions in our statements that appeared incorrect. Instead of

I don't know how this HOA management company received this many stars. They are horrible. All they do is raise rates while services continue to decline. They have a phone number listed, but no one picks up. You can email them, but they won't respond. If they do, it's a generic, "we apologize blah blah blah..." and nothing gets resolved. Zero stars if I could. Check their reviews on Yelp and you'll see a more accurate representation of how this company is.

As a vendor to large HOAs, Karol Ortez has always been so prompt in responding to any inquiries I have. She always provides detailed information and goes above and beyond to assist in any way that she can. So glad you have her on the team!
