I have dealt with Jensen Funding Inc. 4 times so far since my first mortgage 10 years ago, and refinances multiple times. I had tremendous experience each time with rock bottom APR and absolutely honest terms and conditions. Denis had always kept his word on payment numbers down to a penny as promised at the beginning. Denis always covered appraisal fees and closing cost as promised. Denis had never demanded any additional payment of extra fees not agreed at each instance. I am a Ph.D. research scientist by profession. In my humble opinion, Denis is an extremely honest experienced financial professional, with great sense of appreciation for better customers. Jebsen Funding is a scam. Broker Denis Lo made false promises about the fees and interest rate. Today's interest rate and fees are the same for most loan brokers in the local area. He took this as an opportunity to quote you less in the beginning and charged you higher in the end. He ripped people off that way. We just bought a single family home and did the loan with him. He quoted us $840 in the beginning and charged us $975 in the end for the Lender's fees. When we questioned him why the fees went up, he threatened to cancel the loan. He talked rudely. He told our realtor to do escrow his way or he would cancel the loan. He told us one thing and our agent another thing. He deceived people. After couple times of good service, it's been really bad service - not returning phone call, forgot to lock the rate, and keep lying... My other friends have bad experience too.
