Partenza on Highland

The management at this property is horrible!!!! my wife and I are glad not to release at this money hungry, roach infested property! Kendra is very unprofessional. Please reconsider your options, as these apartments haven’t been remodeled since 2008 yet they’re raising the rent to $1300 for all tenants. 1 star is being generous because Terry has been a great guy to us.

We have lived at Partenza about 5 years and really like it here. Its a very nice place to live. Shopping and entertainment is close. The property is well maintained and the management is easy to work with and friendly. Repairs are done as soon as possible no matter what day of the week. We don't plan on moving out any time soon.

This complex is disgusting. They portray themselves to be a luxury complex, however they are far from luxury. There is a known roach problem on the complex. The manager knows as well. She stated that there are even huge roaches in the model. The units are not structurally sound, so all types of pests are easily able to enter. There have been roaches, crickets, lizards all in my apartment! I cannot wait to move. The appliances are constantly breaking. Leaking fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher. The toilet has been broken 3 times. When people move out, they do not have professional cleaners come. They have a woman and her pre teen daughter come in a broken down car come to clean and they do a terrible job. This completely explains why when I moved in I had to clean many things myself. It i

I love it at Partenza on highland! The people who work here are very nice, professional and efficient. They listen to my concerns and fix any problem if there is one, and take care of, ASAP. I also feel safe here. The neighbors are nice and respectful. It's gated and there are cameras everywhere, for safety reasons.

Horrible. Extremely bad sewer roach problem. There was a double homicide here in December and they didn't notify us. They sent out a letter that said stop spreading rumors. The grounds are not safe. They are now holding a competition for the 4th of July and you can't win unless you write a good review. Any good review about this place is fake. I can't wait for the end of my lease.
