Im going to be as direct as possible as to trying to conduct business with this company. My wife and I tried reaching out to veiw a property and it took over a week to get a response and I was left shocked at the reply! They want you to pay $50 before you can even veiw the home to see if you like it or not...why would someone potentially throw away money?!?! The thing is the property has since dropped in price but we were willing to pay the original price!!

We have been renting from Parrish realty since April. I can not say enough good things about Bruce Young. He was so helpful from start to finish. We love the town and our house so much!! We hope to continue our lease with them.

A waste of $50 ! First Of all They don’t answer the phone except for the older lady who was such a nice woman ! However Bruce whom I spoke to earlier today was rude and very very unprofessional ! He cut me off several times and got loud with me when I was asking questions about the property and my application. He also tried to argue me down about information he told me. Unbelievable. When I first called and asked him a question he told me “Im talking now” In such Like are you serious ? Who says that when you guys are supposed to be professional for the image of you guys. Im in such disbelief.

I highly unlikely recommend anyone to rent a house thru these people if your credit not good.. gotta check credit just to rent a house when the income is more than 3x the rent, don't waste your $50 dealing with these people , after 2 days of doing the application I was denied . People know I don't keep no nasty house they know from previous when they brought a house I was staying in from another rental company when I moved out the house was so clean u could eat off the floor , I just don't get these realtors...not saying that I keep a clean house is like cool points but I've rented from magnolia management since 2019 paid my rent before the due date so my rental history is A-1 but a credit check just to rent is bogus...if the house is messed up that's what the security deposit for ...SMH

My family Has been renting from Parrish Realty for 5 years now. They have been great property managers so far. They have always given us our privacy. We've never had an issue with our property And the maintenance team is very easy to talk to. The people in the office have always been friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks Parrish realty!!
