My business partner and I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing buying experience that ultimately caused us to lose a serious business opportunity. We attempted to purchase a vacant land parcel listed by Dallas Pearce Realty and encountered ongoing communication issues, inconsistent and misleading information, and a lack of transparency throughout the process. We submitted an initial offer on the property while it was listed at approximately 2.43 acres. Shortly after, we were told by the listing agent that a new survey had been completed, that the acreage was less than previously stated, and that the list price would be amended downward to reflect the reduced size. We had a scheduled showing at a property. The address listed was incorrect so we called the office. We were directed to Dallas himself and upon explaining what address was put on the listing (and the property Not being there), he cursed at us, said he’d have an assistant call us back and hung up on us. Absolutely rude. The assistant called us back a few minutes later with an address that was 6 miles away. We were warned about him but he sure lived up to it. Never again.

Though I never personally bought or sold a house with DPR, I have customers and friends that I referred who did. He listened and understood what they wanted, and took all the time needed when they were looking for homes in the area.
