I worked with JEC Construction when building my current house. I have lived here 5 years now and I went searching for the business because I want to use them again for a larger house. Overall I was very happy with how the house turned out. The price was exceptional. What really stands out is the value you get when using JEC. A lot of our neighbors had to pay for upgrades that was considered standard for JEC. We wanted a nicer home and not just a basic house we would have to upgrade right away. JEC is also a reliable builder, after 5+ years the only thing I have had to do with the house is change some light bulbs. Really solid construction. I'm overall very satisfied with the entire process.

They went above and beyond for the build of our new construction house. They were very accommodating for changes we made to our house plan and even helped with design along selections. We are very happy with our house and highly recommend JEC construction. They also have many different house plans to choose from that fit everyone’s needs.

I purchased a home built by JEC in Middlesex, NC. I looked at several homes and several new builds. I was very pleased to see JEC took the time and effort to make the home literally move in ready. From all of the modern finishes and truly quality work. Any questions or concerns that I've needed addressed, they literally had an entire force of support, even with things that weren't their doing. For example, sending assistance way after closing to assist my fence contractor to verify property lines. I can't say enough great things about this company both as a builder and for them just as honest straight-up people.
