Parramore Oaks

This apartments are not in a good area, I drove around today to see how far it’s from my new job and see how my commute will be and I saw one of the employees picking up trash (she was doing a good job)I spoke to a lady that has been living there for a year and she told me that the residents are not held accountable for what they do that homeless people sleep in the hallways and no one does anything about it that she has seen that same girl that cleans the grounds kick them up but the office staff never come out of the office. Not good, prices are good I saw the young lady clean and seems to be a good employee but if the office staff doesn’t come out and see with their own eyes because they’re afraid to come out of the office this place is not for me.

When I move here, apartments will brand new however the Apartment have graffiti on the doors of the stairwell Young kids are partying and smoking weed on the first floor hallway and stairwell who does that I don’t smoke and I don’t want to smell that shit but when you don’t have a hold on your kids, they will probably do anything. Don’t have no respect for adult and of course, my rent increase twice when I first signed a 12 month lease, I was not told that the rent will increase an 11 months so I guess I really did not have a 12 month lease then it went up again so after this lease, I will be looking for somewhere else. This place is not worth the amount of money that we went too . Some of these kids and it’s mainly the young guysthey also jumped, kick their foot all over the elevator so

The ppl they allow to live in these apartments are FILTHY. They trash the place like it’s a garbage. The poor maintenance man was picking up trash literally almost everyday. They let their bad kids run up and scream down the halls at night. The kids graffiti and write on walls. The stairs smells like urine and homeless ppl. Leasing manager Diane Phillips was nothing but rude & disrespectful however I heard she now no longer works there. Inside the apartment is decent. It always smells like weed in the halls. The trash compactor is always full and trash overflowing. So many stray cats it’s so sad to see. I saw a dead one that got hit by a car in the parking lot smh. Just not a healthy environment at all and quite frankly ever since I moved out I’ve been a lot happier and at peace. Living in

DONT MOVE HERE !!!!! I signed a 12 month lease and I am currently on my 6th month they just increased the rent out of nowhere so my rent went from $1199 to $1485 over night . I will say this is very much an inconvenience due to this apartment complex not being accommodating at all . I’ve been waiting on a filter from the maintenance office for 2 months now ( because u have to put in a request for a filter) . Apart from that the trash cans are always full and dirty , maintenance takes they sweet time to deal with request , none of the cameras work on the property, they tried to fine me $150 because someone stole my package from my front door and improperly disposed of it . I told them that my package was stolen and they were not accommodating at all I had to contact Amazon and get them to w

I don’t know the lady that does the ground but she is awesome and respectful she does a really good job !
