We love our home! The location and excellent school district is why we bought in Parmer Ranch. Empire Homes builds a very nice home. The quality is really good. There's a brand new HEB less then 5 minutes away now. The buying process was smooth and we closed on time. The new amenities center is now open. Great place to take the fam to go swim and play. The developer did a fantastic job on the build of this place. My PM was great and addressed all our concerns. The warranty dept was quick to deal with small issues.... mostly paint and caulk but that's normal with any new home. Thank you Empire for a great experience. I will be telling my friends and family all about my positive experience.

My wife and I visited the sales office. The regular salesperson was off Friday. The gentleman that was there for the day, was not welcoming. He just looked at us up and down. I made a comment: what a beautiful home, what plan is this? His answer was, “it’s not for sale” and then silence, and just looking at both of us, wow. We were expecting to take an envelope with information but we left with a flyer. He is probably ready for retirement and or needs another job. What a disappointment. Empire at Parmer Ranch, will give them another chance.
