⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Maintenance Service – Jerry at Parkway Vista I want to take a moment to recognize Jerry from maintenance at Parkway Vista Apartments. He consistently does excellent work and handles every request professionally and efficiently. Jerry is respectful, knowledgeable, and takes pride in what he does. Whenever I’ve had an issue, he responded in a timely manner and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and the quality of his work. He also maintains a great attitude and communicates clearly about what’s being done. That kind of professionalism really stands out. Parkway Vista is lucky to have someone like Jerry on their maintenance team. Thank you, Jerry, for your hard work and dedication!

I have lived in this community for almost a year and I can honestly say my time here has been amazing. The moving process was very smooth and all my questions/concerns were responded to. I have always felt safe; management and maintenance team is quick to respond and reliable. Shout out to Lisa, Erica, and Jerry for making living here so wonderful.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry. I put in two maintenance requests and he came to the rescue! I needed a new handle for the toilet. Not only did he fix that he also cleaned the inside of tank which was never done and much needed. He also fixed the pipes under my sink that was leaking. Went as far as repairing the pipe to fit properly because it was not. Then cleaned my dryer vent which I asked to have done before and was not. And lastly cleaned the coils on my air conditioner and changed the filter. I’ve been at this apartment for a while and I can say no maintenance has been as great and had attention to details as this new team! I appreciated everything he did and I hope that he’s here for as long as I am! He is very nice and has a great personality. I can tell he’s a godly man

Erika Sosa was the best at getting me into my apartment. She made me feel right at home and gave me an easy process. She is very great at her job. I will definitely recommend these apartments and Erika with the moving process. Since moving here I feel very safe, the apartment complex is so clean, and I definitely feel right at home. Thank you so much Erika you are the best!

Maintenance is very attentive and efficient. Put in a work order request and it completed the very same day. Jerry was very helpful and did a great job.
