Parkway Village

do NOT live here there is a massive infestation of cockroaches that management does nothing about. I literally see at least one or two roaches 2-3 times a week. they are BIG and disgusting and if it rains you can bet on seeing one come. the exterminator does absolutely nothing - he knocks on your door for a second every Saturday then immediately runs away from the door. if you do get lucky and manage to get a hold of him he will just leave some bait around the house. this is not how you handle this situation!!! this is DISGUSTING and i am trying to move out asap

Four years ago i would have never considered Parkway village a place to live fast forward to today me and my husband have fallen in love with the Parkway the changes are very noticeable the amenities especially the new children playground is something very important for us. we are about to close on our unit and i cant say nothing wrong with management they have treated us with respect the have been very helpful through out the process. The people in the community are very friendly and helpful.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the management teams at Parkway, Village Kimberly, and Patricia for their exceptional support during the process of closing my home. Regardless of the time or day I reached out to them, they consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist with the necessary documentation and provide guidance. Their professionalism was evident in their demeanor, and their knowledge was consistently impressive. It is truly reassuring to have allies who approach one of the most significant investments in my life with empathy and care. Therefore, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Kimberly, Patricia, and the entire staff for helping to turn a dream into reality.

P. Rodriguez is a horrible manager. She knows my neighbor upstairs has no carpet, refuses to do proper /periodic inspections and doesn't enforce the house rules. Additionally you have to stay on her and constantly have to call the office to get our common spaces in the front and back cleaned as in the summer they don't cut grass on a regular basis causing lots of ants and mosquitos. And on the winter not enough salt is put down in between the cars. It's dangerous. More big water bugs. This new mgmt sucks. She hires the cheapest and worst exterminator DBM pest control. For over a decade, I had nothing. As soon as they took over and hired the new exterminator, nothing but a headache and lies of monthly treatment. I have proof that they weren't treating monthly. Still needs more effort here by the board and newer mgmt. Let's hope that this summer they cut the grass. Last year they barely cut the grass and we had a lot of ants invading our apts and mosquitoes. Lots of other vermin too. If the property was better maintained this would not happen. 1. Cut the grass more frequently in all the courtyards and backyards, not just every 6 to 8 weeks 2. Treat and the basements, treating the basements monthly gets rid of a lot of pests (ants, roaches, termites, waterbugs) 3. Get the leaves up in the fall. Still there are leaves that are left over in our backyards from the previous fall that have been snowed on and are now wet and mushy... great breeding ground for waterbugs and mosquitoes.... 4.
