Parkway Plaza Apartments

The Apartments are nice for the price with lots of room. There are several areas of improvement that needs to be addressed like maintaining the yards ,cutting back bushes along al of the property taking the issues of the mice and rats around the trash area seriously so residents don't have to duck and dodge when going to and from their home. Communication is the biggest issue of all when it comes to the residents and higher management, we often feel like u don't listen to us when it comes to our needs. Safety is also a number 1 priority when it comes to this property as of recently its has been an increase of mild crime here , we have been requesting for cameras for some time now for our safety. Parking can be a little of an improvement. Overall Parkway Plaza is moving in the right direct

only giving 2 stars due to the area and how convenient it is for me to travel due to growing up in the area. Besides that being a resident here is wishy washy tbh. its cool quiet and what i wanted from where i moved from. BUT the complex itself doesnt take accountability for their problems. they leave alot for the residents to solve for themselves. for example today is 9/12/25 why do i have to reach out to a laundromat service about a room thats not providing service for the whole building? first day i moved in my apartment was ready to move in but my son window wasnt even put on properly and didnt lock. just be aware of this complex. i do not recommend anymore.

In the lease agreement we supposed to have an area INSIDE THE COMPLEX to grill and have some type of community fun right? No they removed it and said go to the recreational area across the street. No grills nothing to block the sun out on the balcony. pricy apartments with requirements as if were not adults paying rent

It is an absolute pleasure to live here. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted peace and comfort.

I am only giving 2 stars for location, if I'm judging this property based off of my friends experience I would suggest if you're considering renting here run fast and far.. She's been complaining about this mold issue as long as I've known her, and that's been about 7 years now, only this month are they deciding to take it seriously and begin sending a team in to hopefully do more than they've done in the past which was spray diluted bleach, or paint over it.. Neither are ways to actually kill mold so they just have had to live with ingesting mold spores for this entire time and whatever nightmare of health issues that come with that and doesn't seem like management cared even though there's a child in the home.. Not worth the hassle or the housing code violations!
