Parkway Estates

I have lived out here for several years. Management is very kind and accommodating, and the new maintenance guy is exactly what a tenant would want. Friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Yes, the highway has noise, but it's not disturbing. If I had to say something negative, it would be the letters on the buildings are not big enough and hard to see, and on very rare occasions there are parking disputes due to no assigned tenant spaces. But it's nothing to stress about. I would recommend these apartments 100%

We have lived here since it's been built, basically, in various different buildings. This place has all of my childhood memories in it. My qualm is the fact that they refuse to update our handicapped apartment until we move out, as they have updated and fixed every single apartment except ours. We havent planned on moving out, so we just have to put up with outdated fixtures, peeling caulking, and broken doors/windows due to old age or weathering. We don't have ceiling fans like the other apartments, the kitchen is all old, the bathroom is falling apart. But the other apartments are pretty nice.

Good place to live. Maintenance well taken care of, especially in the winter with snow.

Pill bugs are everywhere around the house the house is just a no all around
