Parkway Apartments

Parkway has been my home for the last two years and was well worth it. Nina was so helpful in making my move in and move out process seamless and smooth, all while keeping in mind the best options for me. A great place ran by wonderful people!

Nina was so kind and helpful when me and my partner decided to sign a lease here! She let us look around an apartment so we know what to expect and what it looked like in person. She has also answered any questions we’ve had and made the whole process super easy.

I have had a really good experience with the leasing process so far. Nina walked me through each step and helped make it all as simple as possible! Looking forward to the conveinience of this location and the quiet neighborhood.

Nina was so wonderful at helping my roommate and I through the paperwork. We were able to tour an apartment and sign that day. They have a couple different layouts to consider. Overall, it’s been a good and easy experience

Smooth process getting a lease here. Got an apartment all within 3-4 hours. Nina was super responsive. For those that don't have an income due to schooling, they are able to accommodate you.
