Parkvista Apartments

I already posted a review on a different account and i found out they deleted my review. So here is my original review and all the pictures I included in it. Those pictures were ALL from ONE day. The sink is the only new picture. I forgot to add it on my first review but that has happened to us probably 2 times in 6 months. It smelled horrible and was just disgusting. There’s constant floodings here. The unit next to me is vacant and last week water was coming from out of that apartment and leaked into my closet and hallway. I would highly suggest you steer clear from these apartments.

Rent is better then anywhere else Parking spot have a lot of those quiet and nice pool looks big. You have any problems fixing ur apartment they get to you the same day fast and fix it they don't wait months weeks like other places.

Dont rent here please. I have had issues since day one and I have done more maitenance than the apartment complex themselves Everytime you call its some type of excuse. I literally have fixed and replaced a doorknob, fixes holes and recaulked holes, sinks and tubs and now had to fix a broken toilet. Not to mention, they also have tried to be sneaky and apply a 6weeks special to my lease when it was the 2nd and 11th month (which I explained MANY times). Oh and the pest control dont come every Monday like they say. They come when there is a certain amount of signatures in their book. Ask me how I know.

I've had an overall great experience here. I moved from Corpus a year ago, mom of 3, and felt welcomed from all the ladies in the front office AND the maintenance crew! 🥸 They helped me through the whole move in process and had no problem answering my questions. ☎️ They have events throughout the year and stuff for the kiddos! 🥨🥳 Pay your bills on time, keep it clean, if there's a problem let maintenance know, and I promise it'll be a great! "It's not Where you live, it's How..." 🌷🏘️🌷

Bait and switch!!!!! I booked and PAID deposit, etc.. online for a unit (1bed and 1 bath). Upon arrival (same day as it was paid) they didn't have any units available and tried to downgrade it to studio. I requested a refund since the unit that was paid for is not available. What is worse - you can still go online right now and pay online for the unit types they don't have. They refused to refund... I will pursue recovery under Texas Property Code for wrongful withholding.
