Parkview Village Apartments

I have lived here six months now. I was hesitant at first due to reviews, but I am happy with my decision. Just like any apartment complex, some people are decent and responsible and some are not. Management has been responsive and maintenance has been helpful. When tenants need to be aware of anything we get a note on our doors. There is a little playground on site and parks nearby. In conclusion, I am happy I moved here and I like the surrounding area.

Me and my family have been living here for about 12 years now. A few years back the current manager left and this place went to heck, but when she returned everything went back to good again. For the past few years during the winter our heater would stop working and management made sure that it got repaired ASAP even if that meant calling a heating and cooling company, because the maintenance crew was to busy. The manager of parkview is respectful to all the tenants and only asks that we respect our neighbors and fallow all the guidelines that we all agreed upon.

The manager is a scam artist she doesn’t know what she is doing she racist and prejudiced she talks about everyone business with the next person that’s not anyone else’s business, she comes to work sick knowing she should be at home just over all need a need manager if it doesn’t happen would be forced to go to the state about this matter. This place is a bad place to live they lack at fixing things this place is not even worth the 3.2 stars it has just because the manager is a undercover drunk that drinks one the job and does drugs.

I've lived at one of the Parkview residents for almost 4 years now. Compared to other places I tried before I got this place I was lucky. I've read and heard of other landlords in this area that are horrible. Through my experience they are fair, quick to fix issues, respectful, and easy to work with. I recommend them 100%.

Maintenance cant do their jobs correctly. My bedroom heater hasnt worked since last yr. There was black mold in the corner of my bedroom walls, they supposedly took care of it with moldstat chemical (left no information about the chemical) mold started coming back not even 12 hrs later. My neighbors have mold problems. I told them on a Sunday through email I was moving out they came in on a Tuesday and fixed the heater finally after knowing about it for some time now. Management was awesome til recently. Management dont know how to calculate ur income 100%. I rate this place a 0 and I lived there for almost 3 yrs.
