Parkview Towers

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and no one seems to take it seriously after it gets brought up numerous times. I lived there 11 months - I couldn’t even finish my lease term it was so bad. There is a roach infestation so bad, im pretty sure they’d have to vacate entire building to treat correctly. There are roaches in the units, in the lobby’s, outside on the sidewalk, inside the elevators, and all over the laundry room. Even if you keep an extremely cleanly apartment, you will still ultimately have issues. If you decide to move here, make sure you have a good lawyer handy. They think they can get away with sub par living conditions because of certain verbiage in their lease agreements, but like I said, get a good lawyer. You’ll pay way more than you s

Angelina was wonderful. She took her time answered all my questions. She was very patient with me. The office staff was also very nice every-time I called. When I went to get my key she explained everything to me. The process was easy. I have seen the bad reviews, and that has not been my experience. I suggest you come see on your own.

Jaqueline is a wonderful representative for Parkview towers. She is polite and professional. She was available anytime I called, and if I emailed she would respond immediately. She is very knowledgeable about the units, the cost, the grounds and all the amenities offered in your monthly rent. When you go to Parkview Towers, please ask for Jaqueline. You will have a great experience. I am excited about moving in!

I am getting my keys today but I just have to say that Jackie in the Leasing office has been AMAZING from the start. I came to visit a few months ago and began my process then of becoming a tenant and she has been here the whole way. Always answering my questions and making me feel important! I suggest anyone wanting to come check these apartments out ask for Jackie!

Angelina was amazing! She gave me a tour even though I came in without planning it and really gave me a detailed tour. I really appreciate her efforts to make sure move in day went smooth and perfect for me.
