Tenant here for over 10 years maintenance is horrible no response for repairs and snow removal is impossible here to have regular snow removal. Having to miss appointments and not being able to get out due to road & walkways snow not being remove having to wait for one maintance guy to do snow removal 200 apartments .they refuse to hire a snow removal company leave tenant stuck in apartments all day This place has totally decline tremendously in how it’s kept garbage everywhere not kept clean . Tenants Complaints go deaf ears . Ingerman is the worst maintenance company they hire employees with no professional knowledge of customer service.

August 2025 - they are in the process, using a $9-Million loan from the NJ Mortgae Authority, to renovate the 59-unit "Fairmount Hotel Apartments" in Jersey City. It's a senior resident. They are trying to displace these eldery people in the 80s and 90s but refusing to honor their rights under HUD rule 49 CFR 24-203 (google it. It's plain language). I believe their goal to get as many of these old people to either leave voluntarily or fail to return after renovation so those empty apartments can be rented at market rate, 2 to 5 times what those units pay now.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY ! IF YOU ENJOY PEST INFESTION AND NO HOT WATER THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU . The maintainence man if non existent. Neighbors roof caved in on July 2nd and the nail filled dry wall still sits outside . My dog injured its paw . Non residentS come and hold boxing matches in the parking lots and the dumpster is used by the everyone in a 5 mile radius. BE SMART WITH YOUR MONEY DO NOT GIVE IT TO THESES PEOPLE

Property manager is terrible. Miss handling rent money then filing to have you evicted. Amongst other things.can never get in contact with corporate

Non working appliances ( DRYER) since 11/22/23 it’s now 12/14/23. Nothing but Excuse after excuse, email after email, the only way to get through by phone is to hit the emergency button. After speaking with said appliance Company we should of had next day delivery especially if it was in error of the delivery person . I have been a loyal and supportive tenant since July 1, 2017. And there are many other issues that have not been repaired properly or completed.
