Parkview Apartments & Townhomes (Formerly Falcon Crest)

I suggest spending $50 more each month and get a significantly nicer place, especially if you’re a service member. The apartment I walked into was covered in dust, had leaky windows, lots of bugs, had roach trails all over the counters, spider webs and eggs in every corner, and sticky spots on the floors in front of the tub and in the kitchen. I moved in at the beginning of April for a 6 month stay. I was told several times that my security deposit would be returned within 30 days of my vacate date which was Sept 20. I left the apartment significantly cleaner than when I got it and here we are a week past the promised security deposit return date and when I inquire about my security deposit they are radio silent. Guess it’s time to contact an attorney.

Applied for and apartment. Apon speaking to someone. I decided not to continue with the process. After paying fees they have refused to refund me my money. And states they don’t have a corporate number!!! Please be aware of the nasty attitude I was presented with.

Between the shootings, lack of work order completion, and lack of communication at the head office; My experience at Falcom Crest has been nothing short of terrible. I am an active duty service member who is stationed at Fort Eisenhower, upon move in we were greeted with dead bugs all over the floors, a broken dishwasher that did not get fixed for 3 months and numerous other work orders that either took months to fix or did not get fixed at all on move out. If I could get this place black listed for all service members I would. Please save your time and money and find somewhere else to move.

There was a leak in the bathroom and on my mothers bedroom that ruined her mattress. It also caused mold to grow that maintenance just painted over and we were our of water for days before Hurricane Helene. They don't actually get down to the root of the problem, they just slap a bandaid over it and no one should have to live like this. Mold, gnats, roaches, and junkies right outside your building, its awful and they don't care!

I am a current resident of this property. I have had several situations that have left me exhausted first. There were grocery carts on the property that were unintended. Children played with their grocery carts and damaged my car. The current situation I am going through is that the children in the community or complex are using this building and in front of my window as a bus stop, I cannot open my window. blinds, and there are children sitting there in front of my window. It leaves me paranoid and feeling unsafe. I have on several occasions alerted management to what was happening. Quote per the property. "There is nothing we can really do about it."
