Parkview Apartments

I really wanted to like this place. Deven is amazing. The apartments look great on the outside and the inside is alright, but could be better. It's a typical "luxury" complex in my opinion. Here are where some issues came into play: About 6 months into my lease, a leak from the washer seeped into the bedroom. It ruined not only my dresser but my baseboards. When I brought it to management's attention, they tried to tell me that it was my fault for not telling them about the damage (which was undetectable until the dresser fell apart from water damage). Management never addresses problems (like other residents smoking inside) even though they say they will. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this community sets a high standard for what apartment living should be—clean, well-maintained, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. A huge part of what made my time there so special was the incredible team, especially Robyn and Shanna. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. They hold residents accountable in a way that ensures everyone can enjoy a clean, more upscale environment, but they do so with respect, kindness, and approachability. Shanna was very helpful and assisted me from out of state to complete the process of touring and application. I was able to move in the next week and my apartment was better than expected. Beautiful, spacious and just what I needed! Amenities and customer service are spot on.

The community is great and safe. I lived in a 1b1b garden apt and it was cozy and warm. There is a small gym and pool, also providing a lot of activities like painting workshop. I like the Luxer package system, you don’t need to worry about the package loss. Highly recommended the community.
