Authentix Huber Heights

The Team at Authentix is top tier. Rain, one of the leasing agents, took me on a great tour of the property and units. They were extremely thorough in pointing out all of the details and perks of this community. Then they basically held my hand through the application process and made it as easy and painless as possible. We were able to go from initial tour to accepting my keys in a total of eight days. Rain was also able to get me tons of info on the community and get it to me fast. I also had the chance to meet Ryan, the maintenance supervisor. He was able to let me in to my future unit to look around. Very personable and helpful staff. Facilitated a quick and smooth process from the initial tour all the way to move in day. Gavin on the maintenance team went above and beyond in ensuring I was satisfied with the look of my apartment upon move-in, as well as ensuring I understood the particulars of my unit's utilities.

Best apartment complex so far. Everything is perfect here. Cleanliness, customer service and of course the apartments itself. I just wish the apartment entertainment center was bigger and has more spaces for games and hangout area. Beside that, it’s perfect.

I moved in two weeks ago and the staff has been amazing and very accommodating. There have been some minor things that have needed maintenance’s attention but Ryan has been on top of things to get things fixed to my complete satisfaction. The community is great and now that I am settling in I can’t wait to meet my neighbors and I look forward to my new home at Huber Heights Authentix Apartments!!

I’m a business owner in the Dayton area. I have been working with Hailey and Ryan since they have first opened. They’re a very well organized group, the properties are very well maintained and put together. If you are looking for an apartment in the Huber heights area I would highly recommend!
