Parkside East Apartments

Parkside East apartments wants money orders for monthly rental plus payment rent is due before the 5th of each month they want the rent most of the time first day of each day of each month full payment if behind before the 12 months will be eviction more likely happening…

THESE APARTMENTS ARE OWNED BY CONLIN PROPERTIES NOW. I've lived here for almost 3 months. The apartment was clean, had all new carpet, and vinyl. I knew they were doing the vinyl and I asked for the extension to the dining area, and it was done. This really differentiated the eating area from the living area. I have Never seen a bug of any kind. They treat the apartments quarterly, and that's in the lease. To get anything repaired, all you do is put in a work order and it's done in a timely fashion. There are always going to be some issues living in a complex like this. Especially when there are children and pets and sloppy people living. You cannot hold the Management responsible for the actions of others.

We haven't even been here 2 weeks, and I already know I will not be re signing the lease in 11.5 months. This place is filthy the hallways look like trash. The 2nd day we lived here, I came home from work at 11pm and I seen a cockroach. Called and she was suppose to put me down for them to check yesterday. And they did never come AFTER WAITINY A WEEK FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. I've seen so many of those nasty bugs in my apartment. So I started treating it myself with the powder and traps as the the office won't do anything. There's to much noise all through he day and night like these people get no sleep. If you don't like bugs, THIS PLACE ISNT FOR YOU. other than that the inside of the apartment is nice! Just the poor management. 🙄 I wish I would of went somewhere else.

Staff in the office are very rude and very unprofessional to new people who come in do not go there at all go to the other apartment in the area and please skip park side east. They need to Please train there staff better that’s not ok nor welcoming

Awsome place, ladies in the office are so helpful. They are quick at helping if you have an issue in your apartment, and try to the best of their ability to solve the issue.
